Apartment Vigilantes was founded on a simple concept: The apartment-hunting process should not be a month-long headache.

For too long, people have accepted the notion that looking for an apartment or rental property is inherently difficult. It’s been a given that you will be pushed beyond your price range, ignored, and ultimately taken advantage of at the first opportunity.

We are here to change that paradigm.

From our humble beginnings in a studio apartment-sized office,  Apartment Vigilantes has grown by providing  individualized, honest help to its clients looking for apartments and  rentals throughout the Chicago-land area. After relocating to bigger and better accommodations on the North Side, we are now more capable than ever to help our clients find the apartment that fits their budget, the apartment of their dreams, and the apartment that‘s right for them - not us. 

Our success has been completely based on our clients’ faith in us - without their support and trust, we might still be in a small office with a cramped waiting room.
