The Man Under the Hat

In a world of constant chaos, constant headaches, and constant problems there’s only one source to turn to when it comes to an apartment search. It’s the Apartment Vigilante.  Spawn not born; a creature that walks his own path seeking and searching to find a perfect match between renters and landlords alike. He walks off the beaten path – a path that bridges residents with their new home.

He does so because he sees a void that needs to be fulfilled.  The void being a lack of knowledge, expertise, and understanding of what both renters yearn for.  He sees the void and fills it.  It’s just that simple.  The vigilante understands that apartment searches are difficult for future residents.  He offers himself as a link between building management and residents, acting swiftly, diligently, and precisely on their behalf. He prevails because he understands what other agencies do not.  He is Vigilant in his work, his efforts and his and his success. 

The Vigilante wears a read shirt and top hat because his heart bleeds in that he sees the hardships that renters face when searching for their ideal home/tenant.  His top hat is worn to remind us of a different time; an older time.  A time in which there was a mutual respect for one another. 

That’s why those who carry on his memory always tip their hats to those in need!
