There are several similar apartment locating services in the greater Chicago metro area - so why use us?

There answer is really quite simple: We are the most reliable, thorough, and no-nonsense agency in the game today. Even if you’re currently using another company to help bring you tenants, we would love to hear from you. Our service requires a non-exclusive, non-binding, non-limiting agreement, that allows you to kick us to the curb, no questions asked, if you’re not completely satisfied with the results.

To get started, give us a call or drop us an e-mail. In the span of a few short minutes, we will ask that you provide us with a few details about your property: price, utility costs, amenities, locale details, etc; please be as specific as possible and include anything you think that might be of interest to prospective lessees.  Your property will then be uploaded to our listings database.

One of our agents will then begin cross referencing our clients’ preferences with your property - when we’ve found somebody who we think might be a good fit, we will bring them by and show them the unit. While we will not “sell” them on renting from you,  we generally do a good enough job of research beforehand that our clients are thrilled at what they see; we don’t waste time showing people units they can’t afford or are not interested in. In other words: we have this down to a science.

Once a prospective lessee expresses their interest in moving forward, we will introduce you to them and leave it to you how you’d like to proceed. We are fully licensed and capable to run background, credit, and employment checks; however, we will only do this if you’d like us to. Keep in mind that it is a free part of our service. You may, of course, do it yourself. Because we pre-screen all of our clients, they will almost always check out with flying colors.

Once the tenant checks out and agrees to sign a rental agreement, we inform them and ask them to sign the lease within 48-72 hours.

As a finder’s fee, we will charge you the first months rent. Beyond that, there is no obligation to anything and absolutely no other costs.
