We move quickly:  The staff of Apartment Vigilantes knows and understands how important it is for you to find a qualified tenant quickly.  Through advertisement, customer service, proper screening, and an innovative business model, we will bring the perfect tenant to you door, and do all of the legwork for you. 

We‘re experienced:  Apartment Vigilantes and its staff will process applications, run credit checks, verify previous rentals, and draw up leasing agreements in a timely and efficient manner.

It’s your decision:  What Apartment Vigilantes seeks to do is bring you the best, most qualified, and reliable tenants; we want to make the process fast and painless for you. However, Apartment Vigilantes respects and adheres to the decision of the landlord; it is your property, after all, and in no way will we interfere with your decisions. We fully acknowledge that you have the ultimate discretion in the selection of tenants.

We walk you through the process: Apartment Vigilantes realizes that this is your livelihood and that the security of your property is paramount - we will take the utmost care in bringing you only those tenants that have been proven reliable. We also realize that there is a great deal more work in property rental than meets the eye, and strive to take out as much red-tape and busy work as possible so you can focus on more immediate and pressing concerns.

Price: The fee is nominal. If we find you a suitable tenant who goes on to sign a lease with you, we charge you the first months rent as a finder’s fee. Beyond that, we don’t ask for anything. If we are unable to rent the space, our service absolutely free, with zero strings attached.
