HUMBOLT PARK

Humbolt Park is celebrated as having the largest population of Puerto Rican Americans. The neighborhood’s main business district is known as Paseo Boricua and is located on Division Street marked by two large Puerto Rican flags. Humbolt Park has the city’s only fishable lagoon and the neighborhood boasts running paths and athletic fields. Housing in Humbolt Park consists of new construction, condos, and two and three flats. A popular festival is the Annual Puerto Rican Film Fest. The neighborhood feel is family friendly with several mom-and-pop shops and tons of greenery. Humboldt Park is a wonderful place to call home.
