In addition to students, many business professionals call the Loop home as it is in the middle of the business district. The Loop is the second largest business district in the US with the highest concentration of Fortune 500 companies in Chicago. The Loop received its name from the elevated train system that forms a loop around the area. High class restaurants and architecture are present within the Loop. For summer fun residents and tourists enjoy the Taste of Chicago, an annual event where many restaurants bring their signature dishes to Millennium Park for people to enjoy. There is also the Blues Fest for a grooving good time. The Loop is also home to Grant Park, The Buckingham Fountain, and Grant Park with Monroe Harbor. Homes here tend to be high-rise condos and rentals alike. The Loop is accessible through several train lines, CTA buses, and Lake Shore Drive.
