ROGERS PARK

Rogers Park is the northern most neighborhood in Chicago. It has a diverse population and houses several parks and eight beaches within it. Rents in Rogers Park are affordable and homes range from two and three flats, courtyards, mid/high-rises, bungalows, Victorians and condominiums. Loyola University is located within the neighborhood and as a result, many students reside in Rogers Park. Roger Phillips founded the swampland area and began building on it and others soon followed. The community sits ten miles north of the city and is accessible by the Red Line, Lake Shore Drive, and several CTA buses. There is always something to do in this neighborhood: Go to one of the many coffee shops, relax on the beach, enjoy art galleries or live music. Rogers Park offers some of the best beachfront living Chicago has to offer…over a mile and a half of it.
